These terms govern your use of BeamTake, provided by BeamTake, Houston/Tx, Katy, US ("BeamTake", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use BeamTake on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
The service
BeamTake turns videos you provide into short vertical clips with captions and, when you ask it to, publishes them to social media accounts you connect, at the times you choose. It also offers video tools such as captions, transcription, translation, resizing, trimming and splitting.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account.
- One person per account. Team access is available through seats on plans that include them.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the videos you upload or link to and to the clips made from them.
- You give us a limited license to store, process and transform your content only as needed to provide the service to you (for example transcribing it and rendering clips) and to publish it where you tell us to.
- You confirm that you own your content or have all the rights needed to process and publish it. Processing or publishing other people's content without permission, or in a way that infringes copyright, is not allowed.
- When you give us a link to a video on a video platform (for example YouTube), you confirm that you own that video or have permission to use it and that you follow that platform's terms. You confirm this separately the first time you import from a link.
- If a rights holder notifies us ([email protected]), we remove the content concerned; accounts with repeated infringements are closed.
- You are responsible for the clips you publish and for following the rules of the platforms you publish to.
Acceptable use and prohibited content
You may not upload, link, process, create or publish any of the following with BeamTake:
- Adult content: pornographic, sexually explicit or NSFW material of any kind, including nudity or sexual acts, whether real, simulated or AI-generated. This applies to all plans and all tools.
- Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors. We report it to the relevant authorities.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hatred or harassment, or that is deceptive or fraudulent.
- Spam, malware, or content meant to mislead viewers about who made it.
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to get around plan limits.
If we find prohibited content, we may remove it, stop processing, cancel scheduled posts and suspend or close the account without a refund. You can report content that breaks these rules to [email protected].
Plans, allowance and billing
- The free plan includes a monthly allowance of source video and adds a BeamTake watermark to exports. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
- Your allowance is counted by the length of the source video you process and resets at the start of each month; unused minutes don't roll over. There is no limit on the number of clips or exports.
- Prices are in US dollars and are the same in every country. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns, and sales taxes are calculated and collected by Creem at checkout. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply to these purchases.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your projects are not deleted.
- If we change prices, the new price applies from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- Re-rendering and editing a project is possible while its source files are kept (30 days after processing finishes).
Connected accounts
When you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data YouTube processes. Connecting TikTok or Instagram means their own terms apply to what you publish there.
We act on accounts you connect only on your instruction. You can disconnect an account at any time from Connected accounts in your dashboard. Each platform's own limits apply (for example daily upload quotas on YouTube or post limits on Instagram), and these can delay a scheduled post.
Music library and uploaded music
The music library in the editor is assembled from third-party sources (for example tracks under the Pixabay Content License) and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a track has not been registered with systems such as YouTube Content ID, or that it will not lead to copyright claims, muting, restricted availability or revenue sharing on any platform. In those cases, disputes, their outcome and any lost revenue are the responsibility of the user who publishes the video, and we are not liable for resulting losses. Library tracks may only be used inside videos made with this service; they may not be downloaded, distributed or sold as standalone files.
You confirm that you have the right to use any music you upload, and you are responsible for any copyright claim arising from it.
Videos and images you upload
You confirm that you have the right to use the videos and images you upload to the editor as B-roll, including copyright, licences and the consent of people who appear in them. These files are stored only to render your own videos and are never shown to other users; they are removed from our servers when you delete them from your library or delete your account. You are responsible for any claim arising from this content.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, infringes copyright or abuses the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep BeamTake available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid plan offers, we will let you know in advance.
Disclaimer
BeamTake is provided "as is". AI-selected moments, transcripts and translations can contain mistakes, so review your clips before publishing. We are not responsible for changes, outages or account restrictions on third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms we publish the new version here. We will email you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using BeamTake after that, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
