These terms govern your use of BeamTake, provided by BeamTake ("BeamTake", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use BeamTake on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
The service
BeamTake turns videos you provide into short vertical clips with captions and, when you ask it to, publishes them to social media accounts you connect, at the times you choose. It also offers video tools such as captions, transcription, translation, resizing, trimming and splitting.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account.
- One person per account. Team access is available through seats on plans that include them.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the videos you upload or link to and to the clips made from them.
- You give us a limited license to store, process and transform your content only as needed to provide the service to you (for example transcribing it and rendering clips) and to publish it where you tell us to.
- You confirm that you own your content or have all the rights needed to process and publish it. Processing or publishing other people's content without permission, or in a way that infringes copyright, is not allowed.
- You are responsible for the clips you publish and for following the rules of the platforms you publish to.
Acceptable use
Do not use BeamTake to process or publish illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence or hatred, spam or malware. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to get around plan limits.
Plans, allowance and billing
- The free plan includes a monthly allowance of source video and adds a BeamTake watermark to exports. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
- Your allowance is counted by the length of the source video you process and resets at the start of each month; unused minutes don't roll over. There is no limit on the number of clips or exports.
- Prices are in US dollars and are the same in every country. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns, and sales taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to these purchases.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your projects are not deleted.
- If we change prices, the new price applies from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- Re-rendering and editing a project is possible while its source files are kept (30 days after processing finishes).
Connected accounts
We act on accounts you connect only on your instruction. You can disconnect an account at any time from Connected accounts in your dashboard. Each platform's own limits apply (for example daily upload quotas on YouTube or post limits on Instagram), and these can delay a scheduled post.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, infringes copyright or abuses the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep BeamTake available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid plan offers, we will let you know in advance.
Disclaimer
BeamTake is provided "as is". AI-selected moments, transcripts and translations can contain mistakes, so review your clips before publishing. We are not responsible for changes, outages or account restrictions on third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms we publish the new version here. We will email you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using BeamTake after that, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
