Delete your account yourself
In your dashboard, go to the Account page, press Delete my account at the bottom and confirm with your password (accounts created with Google that have no password are not asked for one). Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone.
What is deleted: your account record, projects and clips, transcripts and cached files, access tokens of connected accounts, scheduled posts, brand kit, support tickets, notifications and sessions. Payment records are kept because tax and accounting laws require it; we never hold your card details in the first place.
Disconnect a connected account
On the Connected accounts page, press the × (Disconnect) button next to the account. Its access token is deleted from our database immediately and nothing is posted to that account again. You can also remove the permission on the platform side from your Google, TikTok or Meta account settings.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access your dashboard, email [email protected] from your account's email address. We handle requests within 30 days at the latest.
Deleted automatically
- Source files (audio track, clip segments, uploaded source video): 30 days after processing finishes. Your clips stay.
- Trials made without an account: after 2 days if they are not moved to an account.
- Temporary copy for Instagram: immediately after publishing.
Requests from Facebook / Instagram
When you remove the app from your Facebook settings, Meta sends us an automatic deletion request.
When it arrives, the connections belonging to your account are deleted immediately and you get a
confirmation code. You can check its status on this page at
