Twitch content isn't ready for Instagram as it is: the ratio is different, the way people watch is different, attention spans are different. On Twitch viewers watch live, alongside chat and decide within the reaction moment; on Instagram it's fast in the feed, strangers in Explore and the first 3 seconds. BeamTake bridges the gap: it pulls out the parts of a long recording that stand on their own, frames them for 9:16 (Reels) · 4:5 (feed) and burns in the captions.

Speech is transcribed with word timing, and segments that start and end cleanly and make sense on their own are scored. Pick the ones you want from the list.

First, framing. A Twitch recording is 16:9 (source), while Instagram wants 9:16 (Reels) · 4:5 (feed). Cropping the center leaves the speaker out of frame; when the speaker moves, the frame has to move with them.
Second, length. On Instagram: Reels up to 3 minutes for recommendations. Cutting from the start of a long recording doesn't work, because what grabs viewers is where the topic turns, not the opening.
Third, sound. In the Instagram feed video is often fast in the feed, strangers in Explore. Without captions, it might as well not be watched.

On Instagram, Reels reach people who don't know you through Explore, while the feed reaches your followers. The two audiences expect different things: an Explore viewer has no context, a follower does. That's why the same first sentence can work in one place and fall flat in the other.
On Twitch, content is made live and the value is in individual moments, not the whole stream. Nobody rewatches a four-hour VOD from start to finish; its short pieces travel on other platforms instead.
