How it works

Clean the white edge from your PNG: step by step

Get started
01

Upload your images

Drag and drop one or more PNG, JPG or WEBP files.

02

Choose settings

Hard edge, halo cleanup and print width; you see the preview right away.

03

Download PNG or ZIP

Bring the print-ready transparent files into your gang sheet software.

Why does a halo appear?

When a background is removed, edge pixels stay mixed with the background color. You don't see it on a light screen; it shows up as a thin light line on a dark shirt, a black sticker or a DTF print.

How it's cleaned

  • Light edge pixels are replaced with the design's own color
  • Semi-transparent pixels become fully opaque or fully transparent
  • On the strong setting the edge is choked by three pixels
  • Small specks detached from the design are removed

FAQ

Will my intentional white outline be removed?

In a transparent PNG, a fully opaque white outline is kept; only the semi-transparent edge and halo are cleaned.

Which setting should I use?

Try 'Normal' first and preview on the shirt background; if a halo remains, choose 'Strong'.
